Returns & Exchanges

All web specials and promotional items are final meaning they are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Items eligible for return may be refunded within 14 days and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  For items shipped, the 14 day refund period begins the day upon which the product has been delivered. An eligible item is one with the following requirements:

1. Was purchased at non-discounted price
2. In 100% original packaging including packing, and in resealable condition 
3. Contains original components such as accessories, software, manuals, warranty cards, etc.
4. Has been purchased/delivered within the last 14 days

RPM Electronics will thoroughly test and confirm the integrity of the returned product before performing a refund. The refund transaction will be in the form of the original payment method. We reserve the rights to refuse a return or exchange under the circumstances that any of the four requirements for an eligible return are not met. We also reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange based upon other extenuating circumstance, some of which are stated in our Terms and Conditions.
