The following terms and conditions govern the use of RPMElectronics.com and the sale of products through RPMElectronics.com. By using RPMElectronics.com you are indicating that you have read, accepted, and are now bound by these terms and conditions. At its sole discretion, RPM Electronics may change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to the users of the website. As a user of RPMElectronics.com, you are consenting to any changes that may occur. It is advised that all users regularly review these terms and conditions and its changes. 


Terms and Conditions of Sale

Payment

Payment is accepted via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card. All payments must be approved by PayPal. RPM Electronics reserves the right to refuse any orders from a customer for situations including but not limited to the following:

RPM Electronics reserves the rights to cancel any order under the circumstances that fraudulent activity is suspected in the transaction process. We may refuse any subsequent orders from customers with a history of fraudulent orders. We may also refuse to accept orders placed with a credit card or PayPal account connected with a previous unwarranted transaction dispute or chargeback. Orders are processed by RPM Electronics only upon successful receipt of payment.

Shipment/Handling Charges and Taxes

When you place an order with RPM Electronics, you authorize that our customs broker may act as your agent with customs and revenue Canada to clear packages and process all duties and taxes. The customer is responsible for any taxes, tariffs, custom import fees, levies or brokerage fees associated with the order imposed by applicable law. RPM Electronics is not liable for any such charges.

Warranty Policy and Process

RPMElectronics.com provides a one year limited warranty on all items at no additional cost unless otherwise stated. To make a warranty claim, the customer can A) do it at our physical store location; or B) Email us at warranty@rpmelectronics.com for an RMA number. If you are emailing us please attach in the email your receipt and your reasons for the warranty claim. It is necessary to provide the item invoice (receipt, date of purchase, order ID) along with the item in their original packaging with original components to fulfill a warranty procedure. If you are shipping items to RPM Electronics please provide a copy of your receipt in the package with the RMA number written on it. Items must be returned to RPM Electronics in-store or shipped pre-paid with tracking to:

Warranty Disclaimer

Please allow 2-3 business days for RPM Electronics to thoroughly test and confirm the validity of a warranty claim before replacing the product. 

Promotional Items and Specials

Occasionally, RPM Electronics will hold promotional sales on our webstore. Unless otherwise stated, all promotions and specials are web only and do not apply when purchasing items in-store. Sometimes promotions or specials are in the form of coupon/voucher codes available through our other online networks such as Facebook, Twitter, or Youtube. These codes are redeemable at RPMElectronics.com. They can not be applied in combination with other coupon/voucher codes.

Prices

All prices on RPMElectronics.com are in Canadian dollars and do not include taxes or shipping and handling unless otherwise indicated. We currently do not perform price-match or price adjustments.
