The MV-3 microwave detector detects movement of mass through a protected area such as someone trying to reach inside your vehicle. The unit has two fields of detection, exterior or perminter and interior. When The exterior field is penetrated, the unit will cause the alarm system to emit a series of warn away tones. When the interior field is penetrated, the unit will cause the alarm system to trigger. This unit provdes a low current pulsed ground trigger output for both the interior and exterior zones and is designed to connect to the plug in trigger input port of most Audiovox alarm systems. NOTE, neither the pre-detect or full trigger output of this unit are capable of operating a siren or horn direct.
